Requesting a TA Grading Account (for TAA graders)

Below are the steps on you can request a TA grading account for your student, or full-time employee.

1. In order for the request can to be processed, you would need to create a ticket to the I.T department via  the Team Dynamix website.

 In a new tab, open the link to the Team Dynamix  https://td.byui.edu/ website.

2. Select the "Client Portal"  from this option menu.

On the Team Dynamix's website, choose or select "Client Portal".

3. The system may prompt you to sign in.

Once you have clicked on the "Client Portal" option, if you are already signed in to your BYU-I account, you will  directed to support website, if not you maybe prompted to sign in before you can access the support platform.

4. Select "Information Technology" from the support center.

From the "Client Portal Links" choose or select, "Information Technology".

5. From the option menu, select, "Make a Service Request".

On the far right, towards the bottom of the website, choose or select "Make a Service Request".

Under "Popular Services," select the link that says, "I-Learn Admin".

7. Select the option to "Make a Request".

Select the "Make a Request" option.

8. If step three (3) was bypass please sign into your BYU-I account to continue.

If you were not already signed in, the system would require you to be authenticated using your BYU-I username and password, in order to continue.

9. Complete the ticket by filling in the required fields.

Please note: The I.T department requires that you include the name of at least one, lead student, or model student (who would have already given specific skill set, or access privileges) the instructor/s would wants to be copied to the new candidate. Be sure to include this in the "Description" dialog box. You may also use the "TA grader request" template when completing this form/request. For more information, you may contact Brother Moore, or a lead on where to access the template.

10. Click "Request" once finished to create the ticket.

Lastly, click the "Request" button to send your request to I.T, to have the request expedited you may send an email to Brother Corey Moore if you need this to be completed urgently.
